These terms govern your use of GP Trusted Tools. Please read them before submitting a review.
Using this site
GP Trusted Tools provides peer reviews for information only. Reviews are the personal opinions of their authors, not statements of fact, and not a recommendation by us. You are responsible for your own procurement decisions.
Submitting reviews
By submitting a review you confirm that it is based on your own genuine experience, that the information you provide (including your practice context) is accurate, and that you are entitled to share it. You must provide a valid email address; you may display a pseudonym publicly.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display and store it on this site. You must not post anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or in breach of our moderation policy.
Removal
We may edit or remove any review that breaches these terms or our moderation policy, and we operate a notice-and-takedown process for content reported as unlawful.
No warranty and liability
The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on reviews or from use of the tools described.
Independence
We are not affiliated with the NHS or with any vendor listed. Product and company names are the property of their respective owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
