Moderation policy

Our approach

We want honest, first-hand opinions about tools used in general practice, while keeping the site fair, lawful and useful. Reviews are published after a check by our team.

What we ask of reviewers

  • Write about your own genuine experience of the tool.
  • Be specific and fair — say what worked and what didn’t.
  • Complete your practice context so others can judge relevance.

What isn’t allowed

  • Reviews that aren’t based on real, first-hand use.
  • Naming or identifying individual people (name the tool, not a colleague).
  • Patient-identifiable information of any kind.
  • Abusive, discriminatory or defamatory content.
  • Reviews posted or incentivised by a vendor about their own or a competitor’s product.
  • Marketing, spam or off-topic content.

Reporting a review

If you believe a review is fake, unfair, defamatory or breaches privacy, use the report option on the review or contact us at gptools@cambridgemedicalpartners.com. We aim to assess valid complaints promptly and will remove content that breaches this policy.

Vendors

Vendors are welcome to respond publicly to reviews of their product. Vendors cannot edit, hide or buy the removal of genuine reviews.
